Technological Process
1.The material is conveyed from the GF1245 vibrating feeder to the PE jaw crusher for primary crushing;
2.After coarse crushing, the material enters the PF1315 impact crusher for secondary crushing;
3.After the secondary crushing, the material is conveyed to the vibrating screen through a belt conveyor for screening, and three types of finished products are screened out: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, and 10-19mm. Materials larger than 19mm are conveyed to the impact crusher PF1214 through a belt conveyor for tertiary crushing.
4.After the material is crushed by the PF1214 impact crusher, it is re-conveyed to the vibrating screen for screening through a belt conveyor, and so on.
